For two going on three years I have been saving my selvedge edges. First I made cell phone holders, wallets and cosmetic travel bags, and 50 potholders for friends and family. In May 2013, I saw a dress made at International Sewing market in Portland and inspiration struck! (Scroll down to see a picture.)
I wore my selvedge outfit in the October 2013 Trashion Show - what fun!
Now to work on a "trashy" outfit for the show in October 2014!
You can see it close up and personal at the Tidal Treasures Tillamook County Quilt Show. Friday and Saturday, May 30-31 at the fairgrounds in Tillamook.
